You do no have to go to China to find cheating in the organic food supply. It is common here too. Example non GMO corn that has not been fumigated after harvest will test exactly the same as organic corn. How do I know this??? A good friend runs the testing facility at Iowa State. HE said the most common difference is that the organic samples will be the dirtiest ones. LOL more weeds seeds and bugs remains.
If you do not think there is wide spread cheating in the organic market then you have more faith in human nature than I do. When the monetary incentive is as high as it is in the organic world than it is going to happen.
