Went mushroom hunting last week for 5 days. Had a tick on me at least once per day except the last day I was there, only because we didn't go in the woods. Burned a 20' circle in the grass around our campfire pit. Buddy set his shoes next to his truck, put his waders on to check out the river, decided against fishing there, came back to the truck less than 5 minutes later and had 3 ticks crawling on his shoes. Pretty thick in N MI this year
