3 PT Hitch and mid lift operate together - need advice/suggestions
I have a Yanmar SC2400 which I understand to be the same as the Cadet SC2400. The 3 pt hitch is hydraulically operated and the mid lift is mechanical off the 3pt hitch. There is a way to lock the mid lift up but other than that there is no way to operate them independently. This is very inconvenient as when I want to raise or lower the mower but not lift the York rake or vice versa. I want to figure a way to operate them independently. I imagine this will involve install a separate hydraulic lift for the mid mount. I had the same problem with my Ingersoll but since both were hydraulic I could install a diverter valve and have independent control. I sure would appreciate your ideas.
