That's a rock rake. It's got carbide teeth and you can take a basketball size rock out with it. If you have rocky ground, you can angle it and it'll make a Winrow out of the rocks . There is a shield on the front side that you can raise or lower to regulate the size of material you want to come over the top of the drum or roller. Makes a great seedbed one pass.
