I can't get the machine into gear. To attempt to do is will grind. The only way I can move the machine is to stick it in gear before starting, then once started - engage forward or reverse. I can't change gears while running.
I've been reading the manual and it seems related to the transmission dump solenoid (or perhaps a relay or microswitch), but the problem isn't described in the fault section - so I'm going at it blind.
