Reminds me of one time when we were racing stock cars. We had a mishap on the track and a brake hose got severed. I fixed it with the car on the trailer, and then wanted to do other work. I figured the brakes would pump up OK.
The drive into my shop was downhill, and I put a block outside the double doors where I wanted the right front wheel of the car to stop. I backed off the trailer, started down the slope, and found out I didn't have brake one on the car. The wheel jumped over the block and I went right through the doors into the shop. The doors normally swung out to open, this time they were opened inward.
Thankfully, the stock car stopped halfway through the doors and didn't damage anything inside the shop. I still have to chuckle over some of the dumb stuff I've done.
