Don't count on full replacement value. A texting driver ran a redlight and t-boned one of the guys who works for my son, he was pulling a trailer that had my welding machine and cutting rig on it. The texter was driving a company truck and they had a large national company insurance who refused to even consider anything but the adjusters numbers which were pretty unprofessional in that he quoted cutting torch, welding leads, hoses, etc. right out of the Northern catalog with no shipping added in. I waited them out a year and they paid a few welding jobs I had to hire done and they seemed content to do that but would never budge on the value of the machine, I took the offer after they sweetened the pot a little by saying I could keep everything with no buy back or discount, not too mention it was obvious that they would spend a 100,000 to prevent me from getting a penny above what they offered.
