That's what has me baffled. Is there supposed to be a delay in the shift from hi to lo? There are 2 shims in the spool in the pressure reg. valve and the spools are excellent condition, no scratches or visible signs of wear. What would cause it to shift and sometimes not, I've checked the electrical circuit and everything is good. I just don't know what else to check and haven't invested in a repair manual yet. Thanks again for the help.
