Thanks in advance for any and all help,I'm a regular reader but rare poster on this forum. I'm looking for a little guidance with a tractor I'm considering buying. No this is not my first tractor purchase, but I would consider myself at least 1/4 citiot and in need of help. I currently have an IH 674 (diesel) and am thinking very hard about replacing it with a Kubota M4050. The 674 has a couple small issues and I'd like to made sure the Kubota will be a suitable replacement before pulling the trigger. Main uses will be brush hogging (5 footer), grading roads, working up food plots and moving firewood. The real concern is the blade is an 8 foot heavy duty Bush Hog unit. Does anyone have any experience or advice on whether the M4050 will handle it? It has wheel weights on both rear wheels but I'm still on the fence as to whether it's a big enough tractor. Also, does 5K seem about right for the 4050? Good tires, runs great, new clutch, very rusty from sitting outside most if not all of its life. Mid MO if that helps. Thanks for reading.

The first fleet arrived in 1788 and consisted mainly of convicts who were poorly equipped and new little of farming techniques. The colony remained far from self-supporting and it was not until the early 1800's that things started to improve. Free settlers started to arrive, they followed the explorers across the mountains and where land was suitable set up farms. T
