Before the days of CL I responded to an ad selling a MM 670 that was in a local advertiser that came out on Saturdays. The farmer was only 10 miles from me and we set up a time to meet after Sunday mass. When I drove in his yard there was a school mate of mine who drove 40 miles looking over the 670. My presence was enough to pull his hands out of his pocket and Dan is still driving my tractor. Which I remind him of every chance meeting.
