There's several ways of looking at who's responsible for looking up the right part. How many times have you stood in line because 1 of the 2 counter guys is tyed up 30 minutes trying to help a customer who doesn't know much more than what color his car/tractor is? Truth is if you open a business and pay what it takes to hire competent help, your prices would be higher than competitors and no one would buy from you. On line shopping is the way of the future.
