The all time favorite that I owned was a 1957 Mercury 4dr hardtop. That car and I were in something like 40 states together. I owned it for 8 years.
Among other escapades, a New Mexico State Trooper once clocked it at 87 after I'd come uphill for a mile.
All time favorite pickup was a 1975 GMC crew cab dually with a warmed up 454 engine. With headers and glasspack mufflers, there's never been a prettier sound on earth than that sucker turning about 3,000 rpm pulling a trailer.
