Well unfortunately, looks like you might be too late. He mentions a ten year dormancy clause in the letter when your 'relative' died more than 10 years ago. He probably deliberately was late sending the letter, and now has all your money. Now, for a modest 'fee' we can arrange for a visit with him......hehe Ben
