There is a drain plug in the bottom of the carb. With the fuel valve on, remove the plug, be ready to catch what comes out in a clean glass.
It should have a full flow, then slow as the bowl empties, but still maintain a stream, not a drip or stop.
If not flowing well out the plug, fuel is not making it to the carb bowl. Could be the float level set too high, some have a screen in the elbow where the fuel line attaches to the carb, be sure the tank is vented, the separator bowl screen is in place and clean, the line should be steel, not copper, routed the most direct down hill path, as far from the exhaust as possible. If an inline filter is used, it needs to be a screen type, made for gravity systems.
If flowing well, revisit the carb. Look at what came out of the bowl. If rusty flakes, dirt, water are present, that is getting in the carb. Could be clogged again or contaminated with water.
