Any time you clean a carb you need to do 4 things.
#1 a good soaking for say 24 hours or so in a good carb cleaner.
#2 you need to blow out all passage ways with compressed air.
#3 you need to spray out all passageways with spray carb cleaner.
#4 you need to use a small wire or as I do a torch tip cleaner tool and poke out all passageways. Then repeat a couple of times. It is easy to leave rust/dirt in a passageway unless you do all 4 things
