Down here in central NY we have all the rain we need and lots more.Flood warning in effect til Sat. and the Chenango river is flooding the fields along the river. Hauled some sandbags to a widow lady last night to make her feel better, but I don't think we will need them. Sure hoping we don't. Got a small stream out in back of the house and last night it was right at the top of it's banks. Neighbor said 2 days ago it was out of it's banks. Sure hope the fish don't drown, the problem could be fixed, but the state won't allow it.
