I agree with what I think you are saying. If I have an IH question, I put it on the IH board. Most other posts, OT or not, I put here. They can call Tales an "OT" forum, and when they brought it up from the basement the name was changed to reflect that, but Tales really did not used to fall into that category. Back in the day, Tales tended to have a small group of regulars with a larger group of people who dropped in and read but rarely posted (lurkers). People who dropped down from Talk were not always well received. And that is as far as I am going to go on that, because it seems to irritate some folk. I like the informational OT posts on this forum. I like general topic OT posts on here. I look at Talk kind of like a coffee shop. A group gets together, some talk about tractors, some about health, taxes, retirement, weather, gardening. People gravitate to the thread that interests them. Everyone has something to say. Nice place the way it is...IMHO. :)
