Not sure she was texting I think she as well as others were either taking pictures or videoing the train. One thing I will say is the platform was cleaned before hand and it would make sense that the tracks should have been done as well. At worst people if not warned in todays world would certainly have many lawsuits over this. The station master now has a huge amount of work clearing the platform as well as repairing damage to windows and structure. As fast as the train was traveling flying snow can do a great deal of damage.
