I recently bought an Allied 594 loader to put on a John Deere 3130 (2840), it didn't come with a spool so I bought a new one. I have the in and out lines hooked to the filter housing return and the line right above it on the side of transmission.
Now that I have it all plumbed up, all it does is jerk the loader an inch then draw the rpms down.
I have what I believe is a closed Centre spool (paperwork that came with it isn't really clear now that I'm reading it closer) because that's what tractor data says this tractor is but since I am using the other ports, does this make it open centre?
If I put the lift spool in float, the loader goes up.
