A man about 5 miles away, took 50 years to trash up his property. It was so BAD, IDEM stepped in, (Indiana Dept of Environmental Management) and made him clean up the mess or they would clean it up and charge him for it. IDEM told him if his equipment has a motor and it doesn't run he has to get it running or get rid of it. IDEM claimed the antifreeze, oil, and gas can leak from equipment and damage the environment.
Instead of paying to get rid of his old tractor tires, the man bought an old semi bed and filled it with junk tires. geo
