I have a 1980 David Brown 995/6 tractor. I bougth the tractor at a sale. The rear pto shaft is very slightly warped. I have a shaft on the way. I was wondering if anyone knows what the process is once the pto housing is removed. I know the housing has to be removed from the tractor to replace the shaft. If anyone has any experience with this let me know. Also does anyone have an idea what could have caused the shaft to be warped, possibly bushoggin and hit something? Let me know ur thoughts thanks a lot.
