It weighed in at 4490 lbs with the operator but no ballast according the the Nebraska test report so that weight is right on.
Quoting the engine power instead of PTO power is becoming more prevalent these days. It used to be that only large 4WD tractors were commonly advertised this way, probably because many of them didn't have a PTO. Nowadays, though, the engine power is advertised and for some brands is often incorporated into the model number, such as with your example. Taking it another step further you now see "peak power" being quoted in spec sheets as well, not just the usual "rated power".
