When my L4600 HST did dat every thing worked but the transmission.. For a few weeks prior I thought it would hesitate when I first went to move it. One day when I went to move it, it backed up but that was it no forward are reverse. It was a 50 cent fix but the hydro static pump assy had to come out :(. It was a factory defect they machined the case to deep it let the bearing move in.
Look on the right that's part of the transmission pump the left works everything else you will see in the center the bearing is pushed back in the case the bearing also supports the washer you can see it has a dowel the bearing pushed in the sealing washer fell down. The fix put a washer behind the bearing mine was under warranty it happen at 75HR.
I hope this is not your case and if it is bota will step up to the plate and fix it. I have had other issues with botas that were a know defect but no help from bota.
One other note when this happen the tractor would roll free running are not. The good no other damage are chit floating around the the hydraulic system
