They have Kenmore left to sell off? And that isn't worth much compared to craftsman and Diehard.
The local very small tools and appliance Sears seems to be chugging along.
The big mall anchor Sears in the regional town nearby will be closing in April.
Selling off the assets, shutting down the stores a few dozen a year - skimming off what the top brass can get away with. Not that they could keep the money in and keep going; but still, pretty lousy way to go out.
