I was talking to my supervisor the other day. I said that if they don't bring a pen to fill out the application, they should not even be considered! I was told that is unreasonable...! I said, why? Its not like the 'accidently' found themselves filling out an employment application, and if they cant think that far ahead, what good will they be!
