This conversation has gone right off the rails. You can't compare these large multi national manufacturing companies to third generation farmers. If you want to talk generations,yes,that's exactly what's wrong. We have a generation that's never known manufacturing as a career. They weren't around when you would graduate high school,get a factory job,get married,buy a house,two new cars,a travel trailer and a boat and live a good life. It's totally foreign to them and unless you're gonna send half the population of this country off to "get your mind right camp" and teach them that those jobs are out there and that there's no social stigma to having one,bringing those jobs back here will fall flat on its face.
