Amish Paste, Hungairian Heart and Opalka have been our choices for the 3 years
The Hungarian Heart we use for sandwich slicers, but using only 5 plants of each, the wife has plenty to can plus give away some 3 to 4 bu.
We save all our seeds, use no fertilizer, and use the 5' border fence that keep out deer, to tie all the indeterminate plants up for air circulation and pest control
