DB4600, I worked under a plant manager like that once.
This guy was obviously suffering from some kind of mental issue. He would tell some of the most off the wall, super human, beyond science fiction stories of what he had done, places he had been, things he had accomplished...
Many of the events he supposedly participated in, like being on the PT boat with Kennedy, secret agent at Normandy, sniper in Nam, on and on... Happened before he was born! (BTW, he was never in the military, his missions were far too secret for that!LOL)
Sad thing was he actually expected people to believe this stuff, or he would get mad and start arguing! The more he argued, the more he revealed what a fake he was!
