Why so narrow? That width would make problems with washing things connected with the depth. You should have one at least 24" per sink and probably 30". I know the old galvanized wash tanks we had back in the 70's-early 80's were 3-" wide and would not have wanted anything smaller to wash the milkers in. So that width does not make any sence to me. At that width you are only good for an 11" deep sink.
