Rip off. I was on the road. Called home wife said she had the car down to the station for inspection. They replaced the battery because it wouldn't pass state inspection. I told her there was no state inspection on batteries. I called the station the next morning. They told me it was a new law. So I told them I was calling John Burns the state inspector because we were in the same Guard unit.Wife called me an hour later. Owner of the station had stopped buy to return her money. Told her a mistake was made.
