Your manual should tell and you had better use the right pin. My brother made the mistake of replacing the grade 2 shear bolt in a near new TSC 6 ft mower with a grade 5 bolt. He twisted the pto shaft into useless junk. He was lucky to have only wrecked the $200 PTO shaft, while he could have done much more damage to the mower gear box or tractor PTO. Check your manual if you have it. If not , many company's have an online site where you can download and print a manual.
