its not Venus at least what I see as the very first thing that can be seen other than the Moon, still blue skies when this lights up bright,, a shot I took of it a couple nights ago it was brighter than the moon was then,,, I have a lot of pics of it and it just showed up a couple years ago,,, been star gazing for 50 years this thing is close cnt
