Your truck should take G-05 coolant, available at NAPA and a few other auto part stores. The "all makes, all models" stuff is technically Dex-Cool (the stuff recommended by GM and very late model Fords) and really shouldn't be mixed with it, although your engine won't blow up and your radiator probably won't sludge up if you pour in some of the stuff and mix it with whatever you have in there now. BTW, if you don't exactly know what's in it now, drain it, flush it, and then add your new coolant. There are model coolants that should NOT be mixed with the old, traditional green anti-freeze, if by any chance that's what you have in there now.
