If you are talking about picture #3 of the slideshow. The "red" spots are not rust or dirt on the door or the hood.
It's HEADLIGHT GLARE from the headlights of the vehicle being used to light the Mustang for the picture.
Notice everywhere else that's lit is kind of yellow, like the door of the container, the woman, the stuff by the fence. It's clearly headlight glare on the dusty black paint.
