We must have a little better than average crew at Bemidji, but I have noticed a lot of turnover, new employees, but that's the way it is when the economy is improving, skilled employees are moving on to better jobs. As for mr. menard, he is a terrible person, treats the employees badly and has been caught in several environmental violations himself. I remember reading when he first was getting started he got caught hauling home treated lumber scraps and burning them, just because he didn't want to pay for proper disposal. We do shop a menards some because it's handy, but it's no better than walmart, an example of corporate greed!
