DO NOT just replace parts because you have not run it in a long time. Do like I do. Check for spark and if you have no spark clean the points. I have many tractor like the Case VAC I got late in the summer that had not run in a few years. I fixed the fuel line and cleaned the points and drove it off the trailer in less then and hour after I got it home. Still has the old cap rotor plug wires and points in it and it fired up when I want it to run.
Always trouble shoot then parts or your going to ad more problems then you fix
