We were faced with a situation in one of the Fish & Game clubs I belonged to several years ago. A middle-eastern (Lebanon)refugee was using our club and he was very careless about gun safety. He would have his brother stand by the target to spot his shots! (there were many other infractions as well) I suppose if you lived in Lebanon at that time, you were rather indifferent to the fine points of safe gun handling since you were used to bullets and bomb fragments whizzing by your head on a daily basis. As hard as we tried, we didn't seem to be able to impress upon him the finer points of safe gun handling. We had to revoke his membership. The sad part was that as a person he was a nice guy.
