"In my opinion" do not use Roofing Cement at the sidewall roof joint and expect to have a water proof joint for very long.Ideally a Metal flashing should be installed over the Sheds Shingled Roofs last course and under the T-111 siding with the T-111 bottom cut off about 3" above where the Shed Roof and Bldg.Sidewall meet. Not possible? then have a Sheet Metal shop Bend some 12" wide Galvanized Flashing as long as possible at the Pitch of your Shed Roof. Bend at 6"on center, install a good Sealant to both Bldg. Sidewall and last course of Shed Roof Shingles. Install Flashing useing as few Nails as possible and wait for a Rain to see how effective the Flashing is. If some leakage occurs further sealing up of the flashing will have to be done.
