Take away the incentives like machinery write offs and such too. Collect more tax money so you can pay it out in welfare as Ford, GM, FIAT/Chrysler, Cat, JD, AGCO and CaseIH/NH start massive layoffs too! See, you just solved the problem of a certain party coming to power and staying there forever!
