JD, in the UK the head man is held accountable when a company or business breaks the law or circumvents regulations etc. The nationwide problem we have with non tax paying illegals being hired to displace Americans could easily be solved by making the penalty for hiring them 10 years at hard labor for the CEO or owner of the offending company or business. I think the man who saved America on Nov. 8th is going to address this problem, big style.
