NO!!! The plug (#1Top picture) in the side of the SCV valve is just a port open to the inside of the SCV valve housing. It just dumps the oil back into the sump. There is NO port on the SCV valve that will supply pressure oil. To do that you need to install the power beyond block (#4 second picture)
There are a few ways to supply and return the oil to run a separate loader valve on a JD waterloo built tractor. I have out lined one that gives you fast flow and better loader cycle times but requires some thinking to install. The posters talking about the power beyond block are telling you a way to do the same thing easier but will resulting slower loader speeds.
If you decide to go with the power beyond route email me I have several power beyond blocks. I would sell them. I remove them because I hate slow loaders.
