From previous experience I would not try that in OR the DOT guys at the scales are real difficult sometimes. Don't ask. Been a long time since then. I will not go into OR if I have to cross a scale. I go in either during the night when the little scales like at burns is closed or come in from the north to Pendleton by way of Milton-Freewater From WA. I hate to go to OR unless I have to. Never feel good about OR. Also there is a PUC deal. There were some changes there but don't remember just what now. Something with the bicycle license plat deal on the bumper.
