The 1958 GMC grain truck has a battery in it from 2008. I have no idea where it came from because it isn't a brand I've ever bought. I'm sure it came in a tractor I traded or something and just shoved it in there. i haven't had the truck since 2008' so I know it wasn't new to me but I never remember changing it.
The IH 886 has two 12 volts from Walmart in it that the previous owner put in. They aren't all that big - I would have used way more CCA. I don't recall that they are much more than 700, but I don't think it called for much when it was new. They will be 12 years old this spring. It gets used daily and started without the block heater unless it is well below freezing. Theres no shortage of electrical gizmos in it (although the tractor has no computer).
