I used to have a lot more 3 point implements. Plows, discs, cultivators, blades, brush rakes, mowers, etc. Most of them were Dearborn or Ferguson, etc. But then I thought, Why. Some of them were duplicates, many i never used. It seemed they all could use a little work or a part was missing or they could stand a coat of paint. Some I outgrew when I got bigger tractors. Didn't have room to store them all inside. I finally got tired of them all and sold most of them. Took the $ and put it into a few very good implements that I use a lot. It simplified things, I quit feeling nagged about no time or $ to fix or paint them all and it got them into the hands of guys who were happy to get them and use them. I don't miss them at all.

If your tractor is going to be stored for any length of time, a few precautionary measures are helpful in preserving various parts, also in avoiding future difficulty. Store tractor under cover. If impossible to place tractor under cover, be sure to cover air stack and exhaust pipe. Drain radiator and engine block. To avoid gum content collections, drain both fuel tanks and carburetor. Leave radiator and fuel caps slightly loose to protect gaskets. Block tractor up to remove weight from tires and to keep tires from contact with moist floor.
