Larry we kill and work up a couple hogs a year,my wife is the meat cutter in the family.She makes sausage,cuts out the tenderloin,ribs and we keep the hams about everything else gets ground up.Also cure a couple of the hams.Used to do more but now we eat more deer meat and less pork,she makes pastrami,balogna,burger and things like that from the deer meat.We have a room set up to work up meat and can vegetables.Pretty much what everyone did around my area back when I was growing up in the 1950's and 60's.
