Not much difference but a few different types. I have sold many that just clamped onto the loader bucket with a chain and turnbuckle and they worked good for those who already had a loader with a bucket. I used one of that type for myself and I like them because it was easy to remove. The other type that I have been selling are the ones that attach like a skid steer bucket. Again, very handy if you have the right loader. Another type is the one that fits your 3 point hitch. They work OK for moving bales but do not work for loading or unloading from wagon or trailer because your lift height is limited. Another type that I have used and sold are the ones that pin onto your loader in place of the bucket. They work good but unhandy to remove when you want to use your loader bucket.
Look for one with a replaceable spear because sooner or later you may bend it. If it is replaceable you can straighten it but you must remove it from the frame first.
