Flying Belgian, I am glad to read that you got that letter. I was given that same letter when my dad died and it gave me a great peace of mind. I still have it and read it from time to time. It still brings a few tears also. I was not sure if you were ok with it, but glad you appreciated it. I don't consider myself anything great by any means. I just try to be a better person by learning from people that mean a lot to me from days gone by and people I meet daily. I have always enjoyed the older generation. I am 48 years old now. I have always liked being around people a generation older than me. They still have meaningful values, ethics, morales that I appreciate learning from them.
