Supposedly he was working on a JD3020 lp carburetor and the engine took off, over sped and the clutch exploded, split the tractor, shrapnel went through the roof and walls of an insulated shop enough to see day light. The flying metal killed him, family member was in the office heard the commotion went out to see the victim laying there and yanked the distributor wires off to kill the engine.
