may try to get creative, i havent seen yours but im assuming its a rubber like line that runs down the A pillar and out the car body someplace, can you make one, or a part of one to fix it? maybe rubber vacuum tubing or if it needs to be less flexible how about truck air brake line, it comes in several sizes and also has numerous fittings
