I will never own a vehicle with a sun roof again because of that very reason. those little drain tubes get plugged with whatever and the water finds its way inside the car. Besides I don't see any advantage to them. I do have a funny story about mine though I was trying to blow the crud out of the plugged tube on the drivers side and having no luck I would blow down thru then pour water in the channel to see if it went down. My wife came out to see if she could see where the tube was located under the car when the jam finally broke loose and she got a face full of muddy water. We had a good laugh after a while.
